Learn the enameling technique of champlevé! In this class you will enamel two pieces, one that you will make yourself and one that is pre-etched. To make the base for your first piece you will sweat solder two sheets of copper together, one of which you will pierce and saw with your own design. For your second piece, you will be provided with a pre-etched copper design. **FYI: You can learn to etch your own copper bases in our Etching Without Acid Class.** You will work with both transparent and opaque enamels to make two simple champlevé pieces.
