A weekend with PMC
A weekend with PMC. Work with all three PMC products, PMC standard, PMC plus and PMC3. You will make 10 or more charms using a variety of skills, including setting CZ stones, incorporating enameling on PMC, molding, painting PMC on leaves and twigs, and then combine your new treasures into a charm bracelet to wear home!  Includes all materials. Kiln firing and torch firing will be learned.

Day 1 : you will experiment with all three types of PMC, PMC standard, PMC plus and PM3.   You will learn to build and layer your PMC pieces adding CZ’s and premade bezel cups in order to add stones to your creations.  Torch firing, and kiln firing are both covered so you can learn to use your or torch fire at home. You will also learn how to take a leaf , twig or seed pods  from nature and build it into a PMC  centerpiece.

Day 2: is about enameling on some of the PMC pieces you have made and fired in day 1.  Add the color of beautiful unleaded glass enamels to your PMC pieces.  You will learn how to construct a piece specifically for enameling as well as the basic of enameling on PMC. Then you will take your charms and put them together on a sterling silver chain to make a lovely charm bracelet.

Cost: $250

Instructor: Kathleen Yorston  plus guest instructors!
