What is Pouncing Rain? Pouncing Rain Jewelry and Metal Working Center is a community education center. We offer ongoing weekly classes in jewelry making and silversmithing, as well as one, two, three, and five day workshops in various other jewelry making techniques. We have a studio membership program for students and community jewelry/metal artists to work independently in our fully equipped studio. It is a supportive, fun, social environment that gives our members a chance to interact with peers, share ideas, and produce jewelry art.
Our core curriculum is taught by gifted teachers and artists. We draw on the jewelry arts community for our class and workshop instructors, drawing some world class instructors. We are blessed with a talented and helpful staff that are all either former students or studio members and have a love and enthusiasm for this great medium of jewelry arts.
